Freezer Meals and Two Week Meal Plan

Freezer meals are the number one best way to get ahead of things in your life. They are super simple to make and easy to prep as well. If you've had a super busy week like me, these are a life saver!

So you can go from this...

to this....

First things first:
These are the meals I made -
Crack Chicken
Crockpot Steak Bites
Mississippi Roast
Meatballs
Pizza Casserole
Slow Cooker bacon Cheeseburger pie
Cheeseburger Meatloaf
Shepherd’s Pie
Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
Chicken Nugget Meatballs
Southern Chicken and Dumplings
Sausage and Egg Breakfast Cups
Chicken pot pie with cheesy biscuit crust
Sausage Balls
Grain Free Apple Pie Muffin
Egg and sausage pie
Low Carb Buns
Jalapeno Popper Soup
Jalapeno Cheddar and Cauliflower biscuits - also great for breakfast!
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Plus I included some dessert recipe links!

Secondly, Grab a copy of the Meal Prep File HERE. You'll be able to view it, but if you want a copy click on File>Make a Copy.

I didn't take pics of everything because once you are in the meal prep zone, it's difficult to remember to stop, wash your hands, and take pics.

Side note... don't use muffin liners. It's not worth it.

Sausage balls

I do not like chopping onions or celery or any fresh vegetables unless I’m immediately cooking them or I’m feeling particularly adventurous. So I like to buy frozen chopped onions and Pictsweet seasoning blend. The blend is SUPER easy to dump into the gallon bags in place of any onion or celery the recipe calls for. And the little bits of red pepper in the blend add another layer of flavor. But if you prefer onions and celery and all that chopping stuff go right ahead.

I've included a shopping list in the file, and you can use whatever brand you are comfortable with. But I suggest buying Land O Lakes Whipping cream. It has 0.4 carbs per serving. Same thing for Trader Joe’s brand. Other brands have closer to 1 g.
Also I would suggest buying actual Philadelphia brand cream cheese. I know these are more expensive but they have less carbs. It’s up to you though.

You can literally never have enough bacon in my opinion. I eat it as a side for practically everything.

Again, you can find the file HERE

You can make the freezer meals in any order you wish. I had to edit the recipes a bit to make them into freezer meals. I’ve put notes under those that I changed a bit. If there aren’t any notes, than all you need to do is dump all ingredients in a gallon bag and freeze flat.

NOTE BEFORE BAGGING: With a sharpie marker, write the name of the meal, and any instructions on the bag before you put food in it.

I hope this helps you out with your low carb lifestyle!
